  1. Myanmar - The Gov reports the number of IDPs in Rakhine has reached over 115,000 people. Humanitarian agencies are delivering assistance to these IDPs in 58 locations around the state.

  2. Myanmar - At least 16 people were killed and 52 other injured in the 6.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Sagaing and Mandalay Regions on 11 November. Over 400 houses, 65 schools and 100 religious buildings were damaged. Out of 22 Townships affected, Singu and Thabeikkyin Townships in Mandalay and Kyaukmyaung sub-township in Sagaing were most affected.

  3. India - Tropical Storm Three is expected to move slowly southwest over the coming days. The storm is expected to weaken but could eventually make landfall in Andhra Pradesh state.

  4. Bangladesh Eleven people were killed as fire engulfed a slum in Dhaka on 18 Nov. The government will provide food for those who lost their shelter, No external assistance is required.

Precipitation Forecast - Most of Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Vanuatu are forecast to receive less than average rainfall. Eastern China, Japan, as well as Kiribati have a slight chance for receiving greater than average rain.
